Martina Hingis is a Swiss professional tennis player. She was born on September 30, 1980 in Košice (Slovakia). She holds the record as the youngest Grand Slam singles winner in the Open Era (and second only to Lottie Dod in 1887), and the youngest world number one in tennis history.
She won 25 Grand Slam tournaments:
She has been named ITF World Champion six times: in the junior category in 1994; in the senior category, in singles in 1997, 1999 and 2000 and in doubles in 1999 and 2015.
