Cameron Diaz is the daughter of Emilio Diaz and Billie Diaz. She has Cuban and Spanish origins and English, Dutch and German.
At the age of 16 she began a career in modeling.
She then turned to the independent American film circuit.
In 1998, Cameron Diaz is revealed to the public thanks to the surprise success of the comedy Mary at any price, which she plays the title role with Ben Stiller. The same year, she played a hysterical bride-to-be in Peter Berg’s Very Bad Things.
She will then chain together major projects.
